Training Program

Our Fogarty bioethics scholars first spend an academic year pursuing a Master's level degree at the Bioethics Center of the University of Louvain (Belgium). They then take residence as Visiting Research Scholars at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill for a training period of 8 months before returning to Kinshasa to establish a Bioethics Center in the Kinshasa School of Public Health.
