Over the last year or so, the first wave of the Center’s postdoctoral fellows have “graduated” into great new faculty positions elsewhere:

Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences Program group: Political Sociology: Power, Place, and Difference

Adjunct Instructor, Center for Medical Ethics and Health Policy, Baylor College of Medicine

Visiting Assistant Professor of Law, Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law
Marci Cottingham, PhD (Sociology) is now Assistant Professor of Sociology at the University of Amsterdam;
Gabriel Lazaro-Munez, PhD (Neuroscience), JD (Health Law) joins the faculty of the Baylor School of Medicine Center as an Assistant Professor as of July 1, 2017;
Anya Prince, JD (Health Law) has leaped directly into a position as Visting Assistant Professor at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law 2016/2017. And she will be starting as Associate Professor at University of Iowa College of Law in August 2017.
Both Gabe and Anya were able to benefit from the NIH K99-R00 training grant program, which allowed them to take their first R00 research grants with them to their new positions.
Well done all!
