Douglas MacKay

Dr. MacKay has a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Toronto and was a Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Department of Bioethics at the National Institutes of Health from 2011-2013. He is currently working on projects concerning the ethics of public policy experiments, the design of social safety net programs, and the nature of health equity. He is the co-editor of The Oxford Handbook of Research Ethics.
